Senior Project Manager/Account Manager Training

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for training-related topics and build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
• Design and develop impactful training concepts, learning journeys, and effective programs
• Own end-to-end delivery of training initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure seamless execution of both digital and on-site training sessions
• Maintain high quality standards across content, facilitation, and participant experience
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive commercial impact within existing accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Business Development, and expert networks

Requirements

• Proven background in project management, account management, or Learning & Development (L&D)
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect training to business outcomes
• Excellent operational execution and organizational skills
• Highly detail-oriented and able to manage complex projects effectively
• Clear, confident, and inspiring communication skills
