About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for training-related topics and build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Design and develop impactful training concepts, learning journeys, and effective programs
- Own end-to-end delivery of training initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure seamless execution of both digital and on-site training sessions
- Maintain high quality standards across content, facilitation, and participant experience
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive commercial impact within existing accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Business Development, and expert networks
Requirements
- Proven background in project management, account management, or Learning & Development (L&D)
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect training to business outcomes
- Excellent operational execution and organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented and able to manage complex projects effectively
- Clear, confident, and inspiring communication skills
