Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning and execution across multiple workstreams for large-scale engagements.
• Drive program delivery for strategic initiatives to ensure early traction and maintain forward momentum.
• Establish and lead a robust PMO framework to ensure effective delivery and execution.
• Partner with functional leaders and senior stakeholders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management practices and conduct periodic reviews with project leads.
• Mentor and provide direction to junior PMO team members to meet project objectives.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience managing program and PMO activities for large business transformations or digital strategy implementations.
• Experience managing large PMO verticals and complex client accounts with multiple stakeholders and data dependencies.
• Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, tools, and reporting.
• Proficiency in working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project KPIs and SLAs.
• Excellent oral and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI/PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharma, or Consulting.
• Experience in the Insurance or Finance industries.
