Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide medium to large multi-disciplinary teams toward executing on strategy
• Coordinate and lead key project meetings both internally and externally
• Monitor project budgets, risks, and scope overages to support financial health
• Create strategic workstream plans to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and within scope
• Manage 3-6 accounts primarily focused on Marketing & Social Media
• Lead projects and retainers autonomously, including resource allocation and timeline creation
• Identify change orders or addendums to project scope when necessary

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a brand or marketing role in a creative-driven environment
• Expertise in launching digital products, marketing campaigns, or social media campaigns
• Proficiency with Notion, Figma, Google Suite, and Slack
• Strong time management, resource management, and planning skills
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions
