Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead debt transaction implementations and customer onboarding workshops for various products like Co-lending, Direct Assignment, and Securitization.
• Define configurations and workflows to meet customer-specific policies across API, SFTP, and dashboard interaction touchpoints.
• Manage functional and technical tasks using Jira to ensure timely project closure.
• Identify platform functional gaps and collaborate with product management teams to drive resolutions.
• Conduct end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure technical and functional requirements are met.
• Document customer configurations, workflows, and interaction protocols in detail.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 members to support a group of customers.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a product-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and user feedback.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Background in the lending or financial services industry.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau.
