Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a project manager within the client's organization, leading and coordinating projects of varying complexity.
• Take full responsibility for the time, budget, and quality of assigned projects.
• Manage risks and identify effective solutions to project challenges.
• Serve as a design manager for both clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to the development of tender documents and procurement materials.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage production in close consultation with the client.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering (Civil or similar) or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project methodologies and management tools.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish contract law, specifically AB04, ABT06, and AMA.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• A valid B-driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience leading and coordinating large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in working with project calculations and detailed scheduling.
