Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic leadership and successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary retail and mixed-use development projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project scope, contracts, and sub-consultant appointments to ensure compliance with client obligations.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, operators, tenants, and key stakeholders, managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Develop and manage detailed project programmes, ensuring alignment with tenant fit-out requirements and handover milestones.
• Oversee multidisciplinary design coordination and ensure alignment between brand standards and technical design solutions.
• Establish and lead project risk registers, implementing mitigation strategies for retail phasing and authority approvals.
• Manage all project commercial aspects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and variation negotiations.
• Oversee project delivery through to completion, coordinating phased handovers and smooth transitions to construction teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on retail, mixed-use, or commercial developments.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects from Concept through to IFC and construction.
• Demonstrable experience in retail delivery, including tenant coordination and fit-out integration.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial acumen and contractual awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with major developers, operators, or global retail brands.
• Strong understanding of health and safety in design.
