About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple environmental remediation and construction projects from proposal to completion
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, engineers, and field personnel
  • Develop project execution strategies prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and profitability
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, contract administration, and financial performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, consultants, and regulatory agencies
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and remedial designs
  • Support estimating, project pursuits, and preconstruction planning
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company safety standards

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing environmental remediation, environmental construction, or heavy civil projects
  • Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and contract documents
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast and Eastern United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or Geology
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
  • Experience with environmental remediation technologies and treatment systems
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, utility, or federal project management
