Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering aspects of water/wastewater projects from concept through construction and commissioning in a Design/Build environment.
• Manage design schedules, budgets, project scopes, and engineering deliverables.
• Oversee technical customer interfaces, including leading design review meetings and charrettes.
• Support project pricing efforts, including bid packages, subcontractor qualifications, and value engineering.
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and performance phases to resolve design issues.
• Mentor junior water/wastewater engineers and support business development through client prospecting and technical proposals.
• Evaluate facility upgrades using equipment or system modeling and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering and/or engineering management experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Municipal Water/Wastewater facility engineering projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or currently on a path to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Facilities Management, Construction, or Chemical Engineering.
• Graduate degree in engineering or business administration.
• Advanced knowledge of design principles, technologies, and unit processes within the water/wastewater sector.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client engagement skills.
• Robust business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
