Senior Project Manager, VP — Compliance Technology (AML)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle including scope, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management
• Oversee vendor contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure performance and compliance
• Control project financials through forecasting, variance analysis, and detailed reporting
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver high-visibility outcomes
• Apply agile practices and SDLC governance to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare executive-level reports, including QBRs, KPIs, and KRIs
• Lead project communication, planning, and governance activities

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology
• Expertise in project planning, governance, and resource management
• Strong experience in vendor management and contract administration
• Solid financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with agile processes and SDLC frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to AML compliance or financial services
• Experience with MS Project
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Co-pilot
