Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise technology and operational initiatives from planning through launch and adoption
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting to ensure team alignment and accountability
• Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and business priorities
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain project momentum
• Simplify and optimize workflows by mapping processes and reducing manual friction
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of initiatives
• Use BI tools and dashboards to track progress, measure impact, and inform decision-making
• Develop scorecard matrices and frameworks to evaluate projects before and after execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience
• Proven success leading enterprise-level technology implementations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
• PMP or similar professional certification
• Experience with property management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or AppFolio
• Experience in the property management or multifamily industry
