Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is carried out within project requirements and timescales
• Manage company obligations and rights under contract terms
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including Risk Registers, Issue Registers, and Project schedules
• Provide accurate reports and presentations on project progress and potential risks
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, designers, and stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure accurate recording
• Prepare accurate CVRs and work with Quantity Surveyors to achieve target profitability
• Promote high standards of health, safety, and environmental management
• Assess, select, and appoint sub-contractors and review their performance
• Travel within the UK to various locations as required

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction, energy, or engineering
• Technical knowledge of Gas process systems (advantageous)
• Awareness of commercial management including scope, change, and forecasting
• Working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
• Experience working within a regulated utility environment
• Experience delivering gas projects (desirable)
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Full, clean driver's licence
