Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver technology innovation projects end-to-end, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including legacy platform replacements and the digitization of laboratory workflows.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and software development teams to manage demand and prioritization.
• Facilitate agile scrum processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Conduct business analysis to gather requirements, map processes, and translate operational needs into actionable development tasks.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and decision logs.
• Identify and proactively escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing technology or IT projects, ideally within industrial, laboratory, or operations environments.
• Solid understanding of both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively within a global, multidisciplinary team across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification.
• Experience with digitization, automation initiatives, or software delivery lifecycles.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 17021, or ISO 17065 standards.
• Experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
