Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and delivery of multiple EV Charging sites from schematic design through final handover
• Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages to manage expectations and communications
• Manage project finances, including client invoicing and monitoring project financial status
• Develop detailed project plans and implement performance management techniques
• Manage the change control process and ensure quality control compliance
• Lead bidding and awarding processes for architectural and General Contracting teams
• Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems

Requirements

• Construction project management experience in a client-facing role
• College degree in Construction Management or a related field
• PMP certification
• Experience managing commercial real estate or related construction projects
• Proven ability to manage demanding stakeholders and work stream managers

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior General Contractor (GC) experience
• Membership in relevant professional organizations
• Ability to provide strategic advice during the project conception stage
