Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects, including CT/CCGT plants and BTM solutions like BESS, fuel cells, and microgrids
• Manage large-scale capital budgets ranging from $100M to $2B+
• Act as the primary client interface, overseeing all project phases from development through commissioning and startup
• Define and execute integrated project delivery strategies for both conventional and distributed energy assets
• Manage stakeholders, including owners, developers, engineers, and supply chains
• Interface with EPC contractors and major OEMs such as GE, Siemens Energy, and Mitsubishi Power
• Oversee project schedules, risk management, commercial strategies, and contract management
• Ensure strict compliance with HSSE, regulatory, interconnection, and permitting requirements
• Build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary project teams
• Provide advisory expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in power generation and/or distributed energy
• Proven track record delivering CT/CCGT projects and/or BTM solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids)
• Strong technical understanding of gas turbine and steam cycle systems
• Deep knowledge of energy storage technologies, dispatch strategies, and grid interconnection
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale capital programs ($100M+)
• Experience working within EPC, EPCM, or owner’s engineer environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
