Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise at a strategic level during project conception stages
• Lead the establishment of success criteria including time, cost, and technical parameters
• Manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Develop detailed project plans and manage resource procurement
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
• Oversee project finances and information flow between teams and clients
• Produce formal project progress reports and interface with consultants

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience
• Proven experience in the commercial office or real estate sector
• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture
• Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle
• Experience in design, management, or construction within general construction environments
• Proficiency in project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Danish (preferred)
