Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of turnkey building projects from pre-construction through commissioning
• Conduct routine site observations to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
• Manage design deliverables and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Lead OFCI equipment coordination efforts
• Partner with Operations on Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and commissioning activities
• Support budget reviews, invoice validation, and cost tracking
• Drive issue resolution and escalate critical risks to project leadership
• Coordinate logistics for major equipment deliveries and installation sequencing

Requirements

• Experience in construction project management within large-scale, mission-critical or data center environments
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work on-site and travel as needed for project oversight

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with sustainability and environmental compliance in construction projects
