Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technical MEP (TGA) questions throughout all project phases
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and risk analyses
• Create and validate cost estimates and budget frameworks
• Manage and supervise external specialist planners from concept to commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor all MEP-relevant activities and participate in technical design reviews
• Develop strategies to achieve project milestones on time
• Manage information flow between all contracting parties and lead project meetings
• Identify potential risks and implement countermeasures
• Perform cost analyses to support project control

Requirements

• Completed technical degree in building services engineering (TGA) or similar
• Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience in building construction projects
• Proven expertise in feasibility studies, cost estimation, and technical due diligence
• Experience with large and complex projects
• Proficiency in German and English
• Strong analytical, communicative, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams
