Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery for large or complex projects
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost, and quality standards are met
• Provide strategic advice at the project inception stage
• Establish project governance, processes, systems, and master project plans
• Manage resource planning, procurement, and cross-functional project teams
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
• Develop and manage budgets, controlling forecast and actual costs
• Identify and mitigate project risks and manage stakeholder communications
• Advise clients on Health & Safety and Environmental issues

Requirements

• Degree qualified, ideally in Civil Engineering
• Experience working on large-scale scheme projects (£100m+)
• Ability to manage projects typically ranging from £10m to £25m
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered or qualified status with ICE, APM, or RICS
