About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of construction and workplace projects ensuring quality, cost, safety, and scheduling objectives are met
- Support the development of junior team members through guidance and technical knowledge sharing
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage the implementation of the master programme and maintain short-term work plans
- Monitor site progress and quality through regular collaboration with site teams
- Oversee external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Produce comprehensive project reports capturing updates, risks, and decisions
- Manage the full procurement process for consultants including drafting scopes and negotiating contracts
Requirements
- Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Fluency in English
