Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Develop working relationships and drive projects to successful completion
• Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
• Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, costs, and potential construction problems
• Manage project safety, environmental requirements, timelines, risks, and reporting
• Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
• Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
• Execute contracts by drafting documents in accordance with legal templates
• Engage with marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure (HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security, and BMS)
• Professional or tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or construction
• 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in Data Centres or similar technical environments
• Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from inception to post-project review
• Advanced Microsoft skills; Primavera skills are highly regarded
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skills
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
