Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex projects from initiation to delivery
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements in nuclear and industrial environments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with engineering, operations, finance, and regulatory teams
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Track financial performance and ensure cost control
• Provide clear, concise project reporting to leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in nuclear, energy, chemical, or highly regulated industrial facilities
• PMP certification
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle ownership with assigned budgets
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Ability to work on-site in Amarillo, TX
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Willingness to travel or relocate as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale or high-risk projects
