Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, and scheduling requirements are met
• Manage the implementation of the master programme, including materials and long lead items
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee and manage external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to align with strategic objectives
• Produce comprehensive project reports capturing updates, risks, decisions, and action items
• Manage the full procurement process for consultants, including drafting scopes and negotiating contracts
• Support the development of junior team members through guidance and technical knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Construction related degree (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or construction projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills with people management experience
• Proven business acumen and ability to drive outcomes for clients
• Experience in client management and advisory roles (value management, value engineering, life cycle costing)
