Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead mining and infrastructure project execution from development through construction and commissioning
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and overall project delivery
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and operational interfaces
• Oversee contractors, construction management and site activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
• Manage client relationships and reporting processes
• Support commercial, contractual and strategic project decisions
• Drive project performance and delivery objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in mining or industrial infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in copper mining and related base metals projects
• Experience with heap leaching platforms, leach pads, or mining process facilities
• Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Mining, or related discipline
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on remote mining sites and high-altitude operations
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
