Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the successful realization of complex high-rise building projects
• Manage projects and programs of varying size and complexity, including organization, objectives, scheduling, and progress documentation
• Ensure structured stakeholder management, acting as a reliable contact for clients, general planners, contractors, and local authorities
• Act as a client representative with a deep understanding of design, specifications, and instructions
• Oversee building completion, commissioning, and handover processes

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management or project control for complex high-rise construction projects
• Experience with large and complex industrial projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and networked thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams
