Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage core project teams and external vendors to develop programming, design, and construction documents
• Oversee the project life cycle from contractor tendering through completion
• Interact with client executives to manage scope, budget, schedules, and risk identification
• Partner with procurement teams to define project delivery resources and conduct bid evaluations
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to address project threats
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical, financial, and operational integration

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing
• Experience leading projects within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
• Valid authorization to work in Belgium

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ISO 7 and ISO8
• Practical knowledge of C&Q and validation processes in regulated environments
• Experience with manufacturing brownfield projects
• Familiarity with Front-End Loading Best Practices
• LEED AP certification
