Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee innovative EV Charging construction projects for a high-profile technology client
• Manage the installation and delivery of multiple EV Charging sites
• Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages
• Handle financial management, including client invoicing and budget monitoring
• Develop detailed project plans and manage the change control process
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
• Manage project information flow through regular meetings and written communications

Requirements

• Construction project management experience in a client-facing role
• College degree in Construction Management or a related field
• PMP certification
• Experience managing commercial real estate or related construction projects
• Experience managing demanding stakeholders and work stream managers
• Ability to provide strategic advice during project conception stages

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior General Contractor (GC) experience
• Membership in relevant professional organizations
