Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of construction and fit-out projects from inception through to completion
• Manage programme, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities within an integrated delivery model
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Manage contractor and supplier performance, driving accountability and high standards
• Support procurement strategies and engagement with supply chain partners
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure proactive issue resolution
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations, timelines, and budget

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within construction (commercial office fit-out preferred)
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle including design and procurement
• Demonstrated commercial awareness, budget management, and cost control
• Experience managing contractors and supply chains
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Degree in construction, project management, or a related discipline
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accreditation such as RICS or APM
