Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage core project teams and external vendors for design and construction documents
• Oversee project life cycle from tendering through completion
• Interact with client executives to manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk
• Partner with procurement to define and evaluate project delivery resources
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical, financial, and operational integration

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing
• Experience leading projects in regulated manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and budgets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• Authorized to work in Italy

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ISO 7 and ISO8
• Knowledge of C&Q and validation processes in regulated environments
• Experience with manufacturing brownfield projects
• Familiarity with Front-End Loading Best Practices
• LEED AP certification
