Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the successful realization of complex industrial construction projects
• Manage projects and programs of varying size and complexity, including organization, objectives, steering, scheduling, and progress documentation
• Ensure structured stakeholder management as a key interface for clients, planners, general contractors, and local authorities
• Act as a client representative with a deep understanding of design, specifications, and instructions
• Oversee building completion, commissioning, and handover processes

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience in project management or steering for complex industrial construction projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Experience working with large-scale, complex projects
• Ability to work independently, detailed, and meticulously within multicultural teams
