About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to monitor project execution
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Oversee relationships with third-party vendors to ensure quality and timeline compliance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders and vendors
- Provide regular project status updates and progress reports
- Collaborate on issue resolution and implement corrective actions
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project management support
