Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the successful realization of construction projects
• Manage projects and programs of varying size and complexity, including project organization, goal definition, scheduling, and progress documentation
• Ensure structured stakeholder management as a key interface for internal departments, general planners, general contractors, subcontractors, and local authorities
• Act as a client representative with a deep understanding of design, specifications, and technical requirements
• Oversee building completion, commissioning, and handover processes

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in project management or control for complex high-rise/building construction projects
• Specific experience with Pharma, Life Science, or Biotech construction projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
• Ability to work independently, analytically, and in multicultural teams
