Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for compliance with safety and quality standards according to applicable guidelines, procedures, and protocols
• Monitoring and controlling all TGA-relevant activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Participation in technical design reviews to ensure feasibility and quality
• Development and implementation of suitable strategies to achieve project milestones on time
• Ensuring effective and timely information flow between all contracting parties
• Leading and participating in important project meetings including progress reports and problem-solving
• Ongoing review of project scope and assessment of impacts on budget and schedule
• Identification of potential risks and delays and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
• Conducting cost analyses to support project control

Requirements

• Completed technical degree in building services engineering (TGA) or similar
• Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience in building construction projects
• Expertise in TGA (Technical Building Equipment)
• Experience with large and complex projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills
