Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise at a strategic level during project conception to achieve client objectives
• Lead the establishment of success criteria including time, cost, and technical parameters
• Manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Develop detailed project plans and advise on resource procurement
• Lead cross-functional project teams and monitor performance using KPIs
• Manage change control processes and project finances
• Facilitate information flow between the team and the client through regular reporting and meetings
• Manage staff and ensure knowledge management via internal databases
• Oversee financial management including client invoicing

Requirements

• 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in digital or data centre environments
• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture
• Technical competency in Data Centre Design, Management, and Construction
• Experience in construction consultancy strongly preferred
• Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle
• Experience in general construction (residential, office, fit-outs, health, or education)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
