Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale construction projects
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
• Implement project governance, processes, and systems
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor project finances and manage change control processes
• Facilitate communication through regular meetings and written reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Mentor and guide junior project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrable experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consultancy environment
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification
