Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and secure resources for education-related projects or programmes
• Lead and manage project teams and delegate tasks
• Identify and manage risks and issues using mitigation and contingency strategies
• Ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within budget
• Build and facilitate relationships with stakeholders in the education sector
• Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes using appropriate metrics
• Evaluate the impact and benefits of education projects

Requirements

• Post-graduate level professional qualification in project management
• Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in Education projects (schools, universities, or research institutions)
• Strong contract administration skills, specifically with NEC contracts
• Commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and resources
• Knowledge of UK Department for Education guidelines and funding mechanisms
