Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate projects to time, cost, and quality standards
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface
• Advise at a strategic level during project conception stages
• Establish project success criteria, including technical and performance parameters
• Manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environment issues
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Develop and manage detailed project plans
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and manage change control processes
• Monitor and advise upon project finances and produce progress reports
• Lead marketing and business development, including identifying new opportunities and constructing bids

Requirements

• Degree qualified in construction, real estate, or project management
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional membership in RICS, PMI, or CIOB
