Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking
• Establish effective processes and systems for project utilization
• Produce detailed project plans
• Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
• Track and document changes
• Prepare written project communication materials and formal progress reports
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes

Requirements

• Engineering qualification or background (civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical preferred)
• Broad understanding of the development lifecycle
• Direct experience of on-site construction
• Experience in residential-led or mixed-use projects
• Experience in enabling works (highways, utilities, remediation, public realm, etc.)
