Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish overall success criteria including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
• Identify and communicate quality, safety, health, and environment issues to line managers
• Set up effective project governance, processes, and systems
• Develop detailed project plans and advise on resource procurement
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Monitor performance management and manage the change control process
• Advise upon project finances and prepare formal progress reports
• Interface with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages

Requirements

• Degree level education
• Construction or property related academic qualification
• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
• Experience delivering CAT A & B projects
• Experience with tall buildings
• Experience delivering schemes in excess of 30,000 sq ft
• Project Management experience in a consultancy environment preferred
