Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large scale health projects and programs as the key client interface
• Manage complex and diverse stakeholder relationships
• Manage multiple project budgets and advise on cost-saving measures
• Oversee project delivery processes, timelines, risks, and reporting
• Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, and potential construction problems
• Chair project meetings with clients and consultants
• Analyze and define future programme and portfolio strategies
• Engage with marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Cost Management
• 7+ years of Project Management experience (consultancy or client side preferred)
• Experience in the health sector (brownfield, live construction, or mental health facilities advantageous)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop a team
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
