Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, governance, and management control systems for complex building projects
• Review and align organizational structures across project stakeholders
• Monitor team performance and implement safety, quality, and performance improvement measures
• Audit compliance with project management systems and report findings
• Identify project risks early and manage mitigation strategies
• Chair weekly technical, design, and progress meetings
• Manage client gateway reviews and ensure all conditions precedent are met
• Oversee design deliverables and alignment with programme and quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to review HSSE performance and progress
• Produce detailed progress reports tracking performance against KPIs and milestones

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience
• Proven track record delivering residential, commercial, or fit-out projects
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from design through handover
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
