Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the successful realization of complex industrial construction projects within the defense sector
• Manage projects and programs including organization, goal setting, steering, scheduling, and progress documentation
• Ensure structured stakeholder management with internal departments, planners, general contractors, and local authorities
• Act as a client representative with a deep understanding of design, specifications, and instructions
• Oversee building completion, commissioning, and handover processes

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in project management or steering for complex industrial construction projects
• Experience in the defense sector is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
• Proven experience managing large and complex projects
• Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and networked thinking skills
