Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of construction and workplace projects ensuring quality, cost, safety, and scheduling objectives are met
• Support the development of junior team members through guidance and technical knowledge sharing
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage the implementation of the master programme and maintain short-term work plans
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards through regular collaboration with site teams
• Oversee external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to align deliverables with strategic objectives
• Produce comprehensive project reports capturing updates, risks, and decisions
• Manage the full procurement process for consultants, including scope drafting and contract negotiation

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Fluency in Japanese and English
