Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Develop working relationships and drive projects to successful completion
• Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
• Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, and cost-saving measures
• Manage project safety, environmental requirements, timelines, risks, and reporting
• Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
• Chair project and site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Engage with marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• 3+ years of industry experience managing real estate projects
• Experience in infrastructure projects is ideal
• Advanced Microsoft skills; Primavera skills are highly regarded
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent written and spoken English with report and bid writing skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
