Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research, data collection and bench marking
• Establish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
• Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable
• Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators
• Track and document changes
• Prepare written project communication materials
• Prepare formal project progress and other reports
• Liaise with the client, contractors and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Project Manager working with a leading consultancy across large sites in London
• Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Proven track record of delivering whole projects or large elements of projects
• Experience working on projects valued at £20m+
• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
