Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and workplace projects from initiation through handover
• Manage project values up to €2M ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Develop project execution plans, delivery strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Maintain the client's project portfolio tracker and provide regular reporting and dashboards
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and Facility Management teams
• Lead procurement activities including tendering, contractor selection, and contract negotiations
• Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Oversee project delivery to ensure compliance with technical specifications and HSEQ requirements
• Manage project close-out activities including snagging and commissioning follow-up

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years proven Project Management experience in M&E, FM construction, or critical environments
• Experience delivering multi-million pound projects
• Proven experience of running a P&L
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
• Fluency in both German and English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience of operating at a senior level
