Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate minor refurbishment works, interior alterations, and technical fit-out projects.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, and quality standards for smallworks assignments.
• Manage end-to-end MAC projects including corporate relocations, workplace reconfigurations, and decommissioning.
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout the full project cycle.
• Prepare quotations, scopes of work, and contract variations.
• Monitor project margins and identify opportunities for additional scope.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, facilities managers, and HR teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of project management experience in corporate or facilities management environments.
• Proven track record in delivering smallworks, refurbishment, or office fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and contract administration.
• Commitment to sustainability and circular economy principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MAC processes (corporate moves, relocations, decommissioning).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2020+ or space planning/CAFM software.
