Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of new build and A&A construction projects from feasibility to handover
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
• Oversee design development and authority submissions to ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead procurement activities and manage trade tender packages
• Administer construction contracts, including progress claims and variations
• Monitor site progress for structural, architectural, and M&E works
• Control project costs and track project programmes to ensure timely delivery
• Manage completion activities including testing, commissioning, and defects rectification
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing new build and/or A&A construction projects
• Proven track record in delivering corporate or mixed-use building projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and building systems
• Experience with structural modifications, retrofitting, or building upgrades
• Proficiency in project management tools and contract administration
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
