Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project services ensuring client objectives are met
• Manage project costs, schedules, budgets, and general contractors
• Review construction proposals, costs, and scopes
• Approve capital investment disbursements (CAPEX)
• Lead client meetings and manage stakeholder relationships
• Manage risks and maintain updated risk registers
• Monitor construction costs and control change orders
• Support design project management and engineering decisions
• Develop and manage project schedules and critical milestones
• Oversee building operations transfer to the client, including closing documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
• Minimum 5 years as a Senior Project Manager
• Strong experience in corporate interior design and office construction (Design & Construction)
• Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Fluency in English and Spanish at a professional level
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM methodologies
• Proven track record in managing high-complexity corporate office projects

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience with LEED certification projects
• Experience in the Latin American (LATAM) market
• Experience in commissioning and operational delivery processes
