Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk
• Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work
• Identify project delivery resources and conduct request for proposals and bid analysis
• Implement communication plans, meeting minutes, and project documentation governance
• Track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines, reporting status and variances
• Implement change management routines to assess and secure approvals for change orders
• Execute risk management routines to develop mitigation and contingency plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or equivalent related experience
• Prior Project Management experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (US and/or Canada) certification
• LEED AP certification
• Working knowledge of MS Project
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices
