Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple or complex workplace and construction projects from initiation through completion
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, safety, and compliance requirements
• Support project budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial performance management
• Develop procurement strategies and oversee consultant, contractor, and vendor selection
• Coordinate and manage architects, contractors, consultants, furniture vendors, and relocation providers
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
• Manage site activities, project execution, statutory approvals, inspections, and handover processes
• Mentor and support junior Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage and influence clients and senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience leading office relocation, renovation, or workplace transformation projects
• Hands-on experience managing construction and fit-out projects, including budget and cost control
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications or certifications related to architecture, construction, or project management
• Business-level English proficiency
• Previous team leadership or people management experience
